When someone writes in
Mail, the website, a form or chat — the same kind of process can start, look up knowledge, and wait for a person.
An email that becomes a reply you can send
A new message in the connected mailbox starts the process. It is sorted, a reply is drafted from your knowledge, and a person approves it. Then it sends. Attachments stay as files — they are not poured into the prompt.
An offer from website chat — a person finishes with one click
The same pattern as the guesthouse at Penzion Pod Farou (podfarou.cz): the guest writes, the chat collects details and an offer, a person confirms. In progress at SM Servis (smservis.cz). Planned for Bogr výkopy (bogr-vykopy.cz).
A website form that starts real work
A contact form does not die in an inbox. It starts a process: notify the right person, look up knowledge, continue after approval. You do not need a named CRM — SQL or REST can talk to the records you already keep.
Book a visit without double-booking
Chat or email asks for a slot. The calendar step lists existing events, writes the appointment, and a confirmation goes out. A person can still approve before anything is saved.

Overdue invoices, the right person, a reminder
Typical office work: find overdue invoices, see who owns them, notify, wait for approval if money is involved. You connect your own records over SQL or REST. There is no branded accounting app in the catalog. A payment preview exists for MCP Fabric invoices themselves.
Incoming papers: invoice, delivery note, cash receipt
The same process can start three ways: forward an email with files, upload into Files (licensed), or attach files in chat (Planned). Detect type first, fill the fields, a person checks them, then write to your database, a CSV in Files, or an MCP tool. Growth story for SM Servis (smservis.cz) — not live there yet, and not a named ERP. Booking chat on that site stays In progress.

People write where they already are. A Teams or WhatsApp message — where those channels are licensed — can start or continue the same process as the website or the mailbox.

Calendar is a real workflow step. Email is a real way in. Invoice preview on this site is for MCP Fabric payments, not a third-party ledger. Chat, Files, probe and SEO monitor appear only where they are licensed. Incoming paperwork for SM Servis is Planned; booking chat there stays In progress.

Connect a mailbox (a classic mailbox or Microsoft 365). A new message starts the workflow, attachments are stored, and none of that belongs in the prompt. Teams and WhatsApp can start the same kind of process.

A guest writes on the website. If it is a booking, the chat asks for the details, puts an offer together, and after they agree it goes to a person. One click finishes the reservation. Datastore
Business text for retrieval lives in Postgres with pgvector. Binary objects (photos, PDFs to keep) use the licensed files add-on with file-service and MinIO, including admin browse and anonymous drop links.
